This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback Mountain/Camelbeach water park . It features three bedrooms (one queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two twin beds in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the loft area, full-size futon in living room. Two and a half baths with glass shower and tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace. Large main living room with 24,000 BTU air conditioner keeps home comfortable during those warm summer days. The home also has multiple ceiling fans to enjoy the cool evening breezes. We also offer you FREE WiFi. Just bring your laptop and you'll be able to connect to our wireless router! We've also have an iPOD docking station in our home so you can enjoy your favorite tunes all vacation long! Please note we do not charge you a WiFi usage fee and we do not provide technical support. Our home features a large living room with fireplace and full size futon. Updated kitchen with newer appliances. Fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils to make your vacation feel like your right at home! Kitchen table with seating for 6. Secluded rear deck with table, chairs and seating for 4 during spring/summer/fall, (gas grill available during spring/summer and fall). New Gas Grill NOT accessible during winter months. Front deck with ski/bike storage shed and glider seat to enjoy the views. Children's games/toys/videos in unit for your convenience. Cash, Personal Checks or Money orders accepted for payment. We even supply you starter paper products and detergent! You supply your refills, consumables and firewood! We provide you with in-house washer/dryer. Towels and linens in the home for your use. All we ask is that if you choose to use them, launder them, dry them and return them to the linen closet so the next guest can enjoy the same convenience! Brand new washer & dryer for 2012.

Large 24,000 BTU air conditioner in living room keeps home cool and comfortable along with ceiling fans throughout house.

Enjoy the shared large indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, weight room
and indoor tennis courts at The Village at Camelback club house.
(pool open based on lifeguard availability, hours vary per season). Great
restaurants are only minutes away. And of course the famous Crossing
