BEACHES: This condo is only minutes away (one mile) from a beautiful bike/walking path to Salt Creek Beach/Monarch Beach, one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the area. This beach is shared by those who stay at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, the St. Regis Resort, two 5 star resorts, as well as by the public. You are also very close to the popular Doheney Beach, used by surfers. World famous Laguna Beach is a 5 minute drive. Newport Beach is 20 minute Drive. Golf: Walk to one of the more picturesque courses, with holes overlooking the ocean, at the Monarch Beach Golf Links, Troon Golf Course. Other area golf courses include: Coyote Hills Golf Course, Oak Creek Golf Club, Pelican Hill Golf Club, San Juan Hills Golf Club, San Clemente Golf Course, Shorecliff Golf Course, Strawberry Farms Golf Course and Tustin Ranch Golf Club.
