BEACHES:
This condo is only minutes away (one mile) from a beautiful
bike/walking path to Salt Creek Beach/Monarch Beach, one of the most
beautiful and cleanest
beaches in the area. This beach is shared by those who stay at the
Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, the St. Regis Resort, two 5 star
resorts, as well as by the public. You are also very close to the
popular Doheney Beach, used by surfers. World famous Laguna Beach is
a 5 minute drive. Newport Beach is 20 minute Drive.


Golf:
Walk to one of the more picturesque courses, with holes overlooking
the ocean, at the Monarch Beach Golf Links, Troon Golf Course. Other
area golf courses
include: Coyote Hills Golf Course, Oak Creek
Golf Club, Pelican Hill Golf Club, San Juan Hills Golf Club, San

120 miles and a 2 hour drive.

A short 5 minute drive away is the small beach town of Laguna Beach
where you can shop or walk through beach parks and galleries.
Laguna Beach, famous for its Artist�s Colony is immediately north of
Dana Point. It is home to the Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust
Festival and a Festival of the Arts.

Dana Point Harbor is home to 2500 Yachts and has over 50 shops and
outdoor patio areas for eating and relaxing. Dana Point is also the
home of the Ocean Institute, the Festival of the Whales, the Tall
Ships Festival and a world renowned yearly Blues Festival. Dana
Point Marina offers daily cruises to Catalina Island, whale-watching
trips, sport fishing expeditions, Jet Ski and boat rentals.
