This house has the advantage of a direct view of the beautiful Venice Canal along with a short walk to the beach. This lovely home is conviently located to all many of the Los Angeles area highlights.
Master Bedroom & Bath Hightlights:
The master bedroom features a King size bed, quality linens, side tables, lampas and a daybed. There is 60" flat panel that is visable from the bed. The bedroom also features a wood burning fireplace. Glass doors open to a balcony and allow lots of light and a view of the Venice Canal. Master bath has a spa tub, separate stand up shower, dual vanities all with marble floors and countertops.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom features a Queen bed with quality linens, side tables and lamp, nice closet space, There is a 32" flat screen t.v on the dresser.
2nd Guest Bedroom:
Bedroom features a Queen bed with quality linens, 1 side table with lamp, ample closet space. Nicely decorated adds charm to this room.
Kitchen Highlights:
The fully equiped kitchen features a stainless side by side refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker, dishwasher, stainless wall oven, built in range top surrounded by the breakfast bar and 4 chairs, separate microwave on the counter, wood cabinets, granite countertops and marble floors.
Family Room Highlights:
Open to the kitchen is a large family room with a sectional couch which easily could seat 8 people or more. 50" flat screen t.v. facing the couch, balcony off the family room with table and chairs and a propane bbq. Lots of light in the family room/kitchen.
Living Room Highlights:
Living room features two separate sitting areas, gas fireplace, large glass doors provide lots of light and open to the balcony facing the famous Venice Canal. Leave the doors open for the nice cool ocean breeze and fresh air. There is a 32" flat screen t.v. in the living room.
Dining Room Highlights:
Dining room opens from the living room with a large dining table and 6 chairs. Easy access from the kitchen and family room from the other side.
Baths:
Master bath already featured in the master bedroom/bath. 2nd bath upstairs is located off the two guest bedrooms. This bath features dual vanities, tub/shower combination, marble countertops and floors. Downstairs bath is a half bath off the familyroom/kitchen.

LAX is only 15 minutes away and downtown Los Angeles is a 30 minute drive. Other famous attractions are the Getty Museum, Disneyland, Universal Studios and Hollywood.
Locally, you can walk to great restaurants, have morning coffee at Starbucks or the Cows End. Ice cream shops, bicycle, boogie board and rollerblade rentals line Washington Blvd. Take a walk along Venice boardwalk or the Venice Canals.
