Located on the northern tip of Oahu; this condominium is not ocean front, but is adjacent to the Fazio golf course and is just a few minutes walk up to the resort, Turtle Bay and beach front.  The condominium is part of Kuilima Estates community and shares 4 miles of pristine beach with the Turtle Bay resort.

Groceries and restaurants are close by.  The resort has a couple of choices you can walk to, everything from fine dining to burgers at the pool bar.

North Shore beaches can be rough during the winter surf season with huge waves breaking on the shore, but Turtle Bay is protected by large reefs and is considered safe year round for children, swimming and snorkeling and hanging out next to the waters edge.

This is a nice, furnished, clean 1 bedroom 1 bath (not in the bedroom) condominium. It is a ground floor unit with a full kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the home and is complete with updated furnishings. There is a queen bed in the master, and two futon sofas in the living area allowing up to 6 guests if needed for an affordable rate.

The small town of Kahuku is 4 miles away to the eaast where you will find a theater, ice cream parlor and a Foodland grocery store.

So come escape all the noise and traffic, and get yourself on island time.  Relax, recharge and make it a real vacation. 

Free assigned parking in a secure, gated community with your own pool and tennis courts. 4 miles of ocean access with pristine beaches and the resort.  You will find year round safe sandy beach to snorkel and several small private beaches all within a 30 second car ride or a five minute walk.  Washer dyer, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge etc.,

Surfs up on the NS again! If you want to take in the contests while enjoying the NS beaches without the headache and hassle of driving back and forth to town, then you had better book now, the calendar is filling up.

PGA Palmer and Fazio golf courses on site, tennis courts, all beach and water sport activites.  Surf, Body board equipment available for rent from the resort.  Some beach items available in the condo.

4 award winning resturants within walking distance.  The resort has a game room and Bay club bar with games for all ages.  Music, spa treatments, car rentals and even tickets for a luau can be arranged.  Miles of marked walking paths, bike trails and unspoiled beaches are available to enjoy.

Rates based on number of people and length of stay.   December 20 to January 3rd is the only high rate period we observe at Turtle Bay.
