This beautiful townhouse is located just a few minutes walk from one
of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis Brazil, a beach
called Praia Mole (or "soft beach" translated and pronounced Praia
Molee). To the locals, this beach is specifically known for being the
beach for "beautiful people" and big pumping surf and is my personal
favorite in Brazil.
Florianopolis (Floripa for short) is the capital of Santa Catarina (a
state in south Brazil). Floripa is a large island with 42 different
beaches. With the beautiful lagoon & jungle on one side of the complex
and Praia Mole beach on the other, you are literally surrounded by water
and nature. We call this area the "filet mignon" of the island due to it's
beautiful and extremely convenient location, just a few minutes drive to
many resturaunts, bars, night clubs, and grocery stores. And being just a
few-minute walk to the beach means you can bypass all of the high-season
afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), which turns the main road
to gridlock for a few hours per day during high season and weekends,
making this convenient location extremely desirable and sought-after.

Activities and Attractions
Surfing, kite surfing, sand boarding on the nearby dunes, fishing,
wake boarding (talk to guys in casa 15), paragliding, hiking,
Night-clubbing/dancing, and white water rafting.
Inside the townhouse, you will find a "Renter's Hand-Book" which
outlines many activities and points out all of the good restaurants,
night clubs, and beaches with directions to most of them.
NIGHT-LIFE TOUR GUIDES... That's right! This townhouse even comes
with an optional night-life/day-life tour guide. Florianopolis is
popular for having some of the best nightlife in South America but
you need to know where to go and how to do it, something you don't
want to waste a week figuring out for yourself. I have personal
friends who live in the area who will be happy to be your personal
night-life or day-life tour guide (one American and one Brazilian).
They speak Portuguese and have a lot of experience in the night-life
department. Going to a night club in Floripa is one thing and going
VIP is a whole different ball game and a fraction of the cost
compared to going VIP in the USA. Your tour guide will know which
nightclubs are hopping on which nights. They can reserve a VIP table,
help you meet beautiful Brazilian women, be your designated driver, and
even provide translation services for your new acquaintances. The cost
is just 100 reais/night (about $60 USD) plus any cover fees.
AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE: For $50 USD, I can have someone meet you at the
airport and either give you a ride or, if you're renting your own car,
they can give you an escort to the house so you don't get lost. They will
have the house keys for you and a remote control to the front security
gate for a smooth and easy entrance. They can also assist you with renting
a car upon arrival. I can also get you a rental car for about half the
price of Hertz or Avis and they'll even meet you at the house or airport
with your car so check with me on that before renting a car somewhere
else.
