This beautiful townhouse is located just a few minutes walk from one
of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis Brazil, a beach
called Praia Mole (or "soft beach" translated and pronounced Praia
Molee). To the locals, this beach is specifically known for being the
beach for "beautiful people" and big pumping surf and is my personal
favorite in Brazil.

Florianopolis (Floripa for short) is the capital of Santa Catarina (a
state in south Brazil). Floripa is a large island with 42 different
beaches. With the beautiful lagoon & jungle on one side of the complex
and Praia Mole beach on the other, you are literally surrounded by water
and nature. We call this area the "filet mignon" of the island due to it's
beautiful and extremely convenient location, just a few minutes drive to
many resturaunts, bars, night clubs, and grocery stores. And being just a
few-minute walk to the beach means you can bypass all of the high-season
afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), which turns the main road
to gridlock for a few hours per day during high season and weekends,
making this convenient location extremely desirable and sought-after.

That's right! This vacation home even comes
with an optional night-life/day-life tour guide. Florianopolis is
popular for having some of the best nightlife in South America but
you need to know where to go and how to do it, something you don't
want to waste a week figuring out for yourself. Your tour guide will
know which nightclubs are hopping on which nights. They can reserve a VIP
table, help you meet beautiful Brazilian women, be your designated driver,
and even provide translation services for your new acquaintances.

FLORIANOPOLIS CAR RENTAL:
I can arrange a car rental for you at a great rate with a local English-speaking company. They will meet you at the airport with your car or deliver it to the house. 

FLORIANOPOLIS AIRPORT PICKUP:
If you won't be renting a car and need an airport pickup, I can usually arrange this for you. The airport is about 25 minutes from the house and about US$25 to take a taxi.

The weeks of New Years and Carnaval (mid February) are extremely popular in Brazil and, as such, prices are higher due to high demand & limited availability in the area. Credit Cards & Paypal Accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Add 3% for payment with credit card or Paypal.

Deposit Required to Hold Unit:
50% down with balance due 45 days prior to arrival in high season or 30 days prior in low season.

Refundable Security Deposit:
$300 due 45 days prior to arrival, refundable within 10 days of checkout.

Cleaning Fee:
$75 one-time. Additional interim housekeeping services available upon request, additional fee applies.

Florianopolis Nightlife Guide/Tour Guide:
A nightlife guide or daytime tour guide is available upon request. Your guide will be bilingual and also double as your designated driver. He can also arrange VIP table services at the best nightclubs in Florianopolis. Additional fee applies but is very affordable and well worth it!
