Vacation Rental Description

Cozy and charming, this "harmony house" is surrounded by a fenced 
yard containing a lovely garden. The house features a living room 
with vaulted/beamed ceiling, gas fireplace, and TV with cable.  The 
two bedrooms each have a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. 
The full kitchen is adjacent to a convenient dining area, with a 
clothes washer/dryer just down the hall.   

It is located on the northeast corner of Junipero and Eighth Street, 
and is a one-block walk to Sunset Cultural Center, home of the Bach 
Festival, and other major events. Additionally, it is only two level-
blocks to Ocean Avenue where you find world-class shops, restaurants 
and art gallaries. 

Off-street parking is available for two vehicles in the property's 
carport and driveway.      

This home is smoke-free, and pet-free. Very small pets, however, may 
be considered with an additional fee.

Activities and Attractions

Shopping, viewing art gallaries, tasting restaurants, walking and 
exploring this "village in the forest," picnicing on the beach, 
surfing, wine tasting, enjoying outdoor theater as well as cultural 
events at Sunset Center.  

And then near to Carmel-by-the-Sea, enjoy the Monterey Bay Acquarium 
and Cannery Row, Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf, 17-Mile Drive in 
Pebble Beach, and then venture south to picturesque Big Sur and 
Ventana.    

Vacation Rental Rates

This property is not available until September 2008 due to long-

When it does become available later in 2008 the rates are as follows: 
Monthly rates are, $3,400 from September to June, and $4,200 for July 
and August.  Rates are adjustable for different lengths of stay.
