Vacation Rental Description

This is a beautiful two bedroom condo in a 21 unit building.  It is  
very quiet, just two blocks from 5th Avenue, the main pedestrian  
walk-way.  It is three blocks from a beautiful beach and two blocks  
from a very nice grocery store.   
 
One of the most impressive reasons to rent this unit is the private,  
roof-top terrace.  It is huge, with three different sitting areas  
and plenty of room for private sun bathing.   
 
One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other a queen sized bed.  I  
also have an inflatable queen "Aerobed" that can be used as well.    
It has one bath with shower.  The kitchen has all the amenities  
including microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, mixer  
with all glasses, plates etc. 
 
This unit offers lots of room with lots privacy.  It has a beautiful  
garden pool and public gathering area for get togethers.  This is a  
gated complex in the middle of the north part of town.  No loud  
music to keep you awake, but just two blocks away if that is what  
you are looking for.  People have loved it. 
 
We provide linens and maid service before you arrive and after you  
leave.  Maid service during your stay can be arranged for an  
additional fee.
