Coquina Cottage at the Beach provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for friends and family on a quiet, residential street with no through traffic. It is just steps from the white, sandy Gulf Beach and Sarasota Bay for your swimming, boating, wave runner, kayaking and fishing pleasure. Bask in the sunshine while swimming in the Gulf or relaxing on the white, sandy beaches by day. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the beach or take a stroll in the peaceful moonlight in the late evening. Have your morning beverage or late afternoon cocktail on the hidden front porch or in the private courtyard.

 The pictures do not show the true size of the house and property. Coquina Cottage sits on a spacious, double lot with private parking and a secluded garden/patio/courtyard area. The Cottage is approximately 2,016 square feet. It is rented as a single property. The property features “2” sections that are lovingly decorated with rattan and wicker furniture. Fresh colors of the tropics surround you.

The front section has two bedrooms with queen beds to sleep four. There is an open floor plan between the kitchen and spacious living room. It has one bathroom. The back section is a large, airy and bright efficiency suitable for two. It also has one bathroom with a living room area and an eating area that are separated from the bedroom area (queen size bed).

Each section has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer and dryer. The front section also has a dishwasher. Both sections have separate central air conditioning.

There is a large, comfortable TV room between the two sections.  There are doors separating the sections from the TV room that allows you to choose your level of privacy. Each section has a private entrance for your use.

PLEASE: NO MORE THAN THE DESIGNATED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED  IN THE HOUSE (NO MORE THAN 8)

There is a "no smoking" policy in effect.  Please smoke outside the cottage and throw the butts away in the garbage.

Both sections are supplied with a full set of towels for each guest, as well as all of the
necessary kitchen amenities, should you desire to dine in at your leisure and in the comforts of your cottage.  There is an outside shower for you to easily clean or cool off.

Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, a charcoal grill, LCD TVs, free wireless internet access throughout the Cottage, as well as a Washer/Dryer available at no charge for your convenience.

There is private parking on the property.

Coquina Cottage is ideally located close to all local amenities and activities.

The following are all within easy walking distance:
Free Trolley (closest stop: 2 short blocks north), Bridge Street, shopping, restaurants, bars, boat tours, fishing charters, jet ski hire and much more...

A short drive also takes you to local attractions:
Mote Marine, Golf, Putt-Putt Golf, dolphin watch cruises, St Armands Circle, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live Theatre, Lowry Park Zoo, Premium Outlet Mall

Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are less than an hour away.

Tampa International Airport is 60 minutes away, while Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is only 20 minutes away. Even Disney World is drivable!!!

December  14th - February 28th: $1250 per week plus tax plus $150 cleaning fee

March 1st - April 13th: $1500 per week plus tax plus $150 cleaning fee

April 14th - April 30th: $1250 per week plus tax plus $150 cleaning fee,

May 1st - December 13th: $800 per week plus tax plus $150 cleaning fee,

May 1st - December 13th: $275 a night for 3 night minimum stay plus tax plus $150 cleaning fee
