This beautifully designed and remodeled four bedroom home has an abundance of amenities including a large private hot tub and access to SHARC, Sunriver's community pools, and tennis courts. It is also convenient to enjoy Sunriver's network of bike trails.

The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms so everyone has plenty of space! There are two master suites with king beds on the upper level and there is a bedroom with a queen bed on the main level. There is also a bunk room with an extra twin bed and lots of toys and games for the kids. There is a queen sleeper sofa available as well so the house comfortably sleeps 8-10 in beds.

The home features an expansive living room and dining area that have a view of the oversized wooded lot. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. There are plenty of fun things to do around the house including a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with cable and a DVD player, games and puzzles for the kids, a large hot tub with a privacy wall! The house comes with unlimited access to the Sunriver pools and tennis courts.

There is an abundance of outdoor activities, shopping, and restaurants in Sunriver and the Sunriver area. You can take a quick walk to Fort Rock Park to play basketball or baseball or play on the playground or you can walk to the Village Mall to check out all of the local shops and restaurants. There are two grocery stores close by so you can get everything you need for your family meals as well. Some great activities in the surrounding area include the Lava Caves, fishing and rafting on the Deschutes River, skiing at Mt. Bachelor and checking out the many shopping centers in Bend. There is a great network of bike trails and a couple of top golf courses in Sunriver as well for those who love the outdoors.
