This three bedroom house has a large grassy lawn and sits only one block from the beach! It is the perfect place for family vacation memories that will last a life time.

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a separate studio behind the house that is the third bedroom. It has a full size futon and a half bathroom so it is great place for those who want a little more privacy. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace that keeps the house nice and toasty on those cool crisp nights. The kitchen is amply stocked with all of the essentials for the perfect home cooked meal.

The large spacious yard is perfect for kids and pets alike. There is even a covered fenced area where the dogs have shelter from the sun and rain if they want to stay outside. There is a fire pit in the yard as well but please be advised that you must obtain a permit from the city in order to use the fire pit.

The house is a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach on the north side of town close to Ecola State Park. Cannon Beach is a vibrant bustling town full of quaint shops next to modern galleries and high class restaurants. There is a little bit for everyone!
