This beautiful 1 bedroom condo is perfect for a romantic getaway to the beach! The condo has spectacular ocean views from the balcony and it is an easy walk to the golf course or the beach. This Condo is located in the Gearhart House in the Gearhart by the Sea Resort Complex so there is year round indoor pool and hot tub access!

The bedroom features a queen bed and there is a pullout couch in the living room so the house comfortably sleeps four.

The living room is spacious and provides expansive ocean views. There is a cable TV and a DVD player in the living room, a wood stove, and a telescope. The kitchen is well stocked and features a bar area with seating for four or there is a dining table for more formal meals. There is also a set of ladies golf clubs available for guest use with an additional $200 deposit.

Gearhart by the Sea is an excellent spot for any activity that you can think of! With the year round indoor heated pool and the golf course right across the street, there is never a shortage of fun activities at your doorstep. The beach is a long sandy beach that is not as crowded as neighboring Seaside. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby including the historic Pacific Way Cafe right in the center of town. There is also a charcoal BBQ grill in the common area outside. The condo is only a 4 mile drive to downtown Seaside for the boardwalk attractions, only a 10 minute drive to Cannon Beach for art lovers and excellent restaurants, and only 15 minutes from historic downtown Astoria. Gearhart and the surrounding cities have a lot of art galleries and gift shops making rainy days just as enjoyable as sunny days!
