It features hardwood floors and custom furnishings, including leather sofas, in an open great room with elevated ceilings. The great room area combines with a fully stocked kitchen with up to date appliances and nearly all of the tools typically found in your home kitchen.

The flat screen TV is coupled with a surround sound system, great for movies! The landscaped yard has a lovely back porch with table and chairs, ideal for an outdoor barbeque. The back of the lot backs up to a protected area, affording privacy and great wildlife viewing opportunities.

The master suite is located downstairs, with the two upstairs bedrooms containing queen sized beds, one with twin beds, and a larger room that doubles as a second family room, with bunk beds and a sofa bed with TV and stereo--great for kids!

The private, oversized hot tub offers a great way to unwind at the end of an active day. The private street is wonderful for walks, and the bike path is a short distance away at the base of the street. The three car garage allows for protected parking, especially nice for the winter months.
