This spacious 3 bedroom home offers all of the amenities a family could ever want from a hot tub overlooking the river to a brick hot smoker right off the deck for the perfect summer BBQ!

The house is set on 1 1/3 acres near the Molalla Retreat with panoramic views of the Molalla River. There is a stairwell off the deck that leads you down to the river for catch and release fishing or rafting and tubing fun! The house offers plenty of outdoor fun including an 8 seat hot tub on the deck, a wet bar for entertaining, a deep fryer, a large gas grill and a hot smoker. There is also an outdoor fireplace for staying warm on the deck on those crisp cool nights.

The yard is very pet friendly as there is a 20 foot dog run and there is even a fenced pen that can be used to keep horses if you'd like to bring your animals along.

The fun doesn't stop outside as the house features an array of activities to keep the kids occupied. There are 2 pinball machines (The Simpsons and Family Guy) and there are two arcade style video games (Golden Tee and Extreme Hunter) that will provide hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike. There is also an air hockey table and a poker table for more family fun. The TV in the living room is a 60" flat panel with DishTv and surround sound and there is even a playstation with games attached as well.

The living room features a wood fireplace, a treadmill and an Ipod dock for listening to your favorite music. There is also plenty of room to sleep up to six kids on air mattresses in the spacious living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining room features a large table that seats up to 10 comfortably and there is a picnic table and a patio table with four chairs so there is a lot of room for family meals inside or out.

The master bedroom has a Temperpedic Adjustable California king bed and a flat panel TV with DishTv and a DVD player. There are river views from the master suite as well. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower stall and one with a tub and shower set up. The house is all on one level so it is easily accessible for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Firewood is provided for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

The Molalla River Corridor offers a variety of fun activities for people of all ages. The area is well known for the many horse riding and hiking trails nearby. Silverton Falls is only 20 miles away.
