ranch style, with a split floor plan design, and two car attached 
garage.  The open living room has a 52" TV.  The master suite has a 
wonderful plasma TV mounted on the wall, and a very large walk-in 
closet.  The kitchen has a oversized center island and an indoor 
grill.  All necessary kitchen items are well represented, as this 
home is occupied by the owners most seasons.  The second bedroom has 
a king size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds.  The second 
full bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub. There are two lanais, one with 
a/c, and the second is caged with a large jacuzzi, BBQ, and water 
feature.  All the bedrooms have TVs, as well as one mounted in the 
first lanai.  5 TVs in all!  There is a new washer and dryer for 
your use.  Very comfortable home, with all needed items included!

Vacation Rental Rates

Our home is available February and March 2008.  Price is $3000 for 
one month, or $2500 each month if you rent both months!
