It is a beautiful well maintained condominium association with two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping-pong, miniature golf, Koi pond, beautifully landscaped walking paths, laundry rooms, gated parking garage with 24 hour security and a large recreation room featuring billiards, foosball table, and work-out room with updated machines, and saunas. North Coast Village is ideally located with easy access to Interstate 5 for many attractions: approximately 15 minutes to Lego Land, 30-40 minutes to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and about an hour to Disneyland, California Adventure, & Knott’s Berry Farm

Beautifully, decorated and maintained condo with the beach as your back yard. Condo is a 0ne bedroom, one bathroom (tub/shower). TV in living room (with DVD & VHS) and flat screen TV in bedroom. Equipped with all beach gear; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. Plenty of linens, towels, and well stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave. All you need are your personal items to escape at this beach resort.

January - March: $850.00/week, $1,800.00 - $1,900.00/month
April - May: $850.00/week, $1,700.00 - $1,800.00/month
June: $1,050.00 - $1,150.00/week
July - August: $1,200.00 - $1,300.00/week

Three night minimum $225.00/night. The $99.00 is for additional nights after a week's stay.
