Vacation Rental Description

Pearl Villa is our private pool home with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. 
It is fully air conditioned and is one of the larger homes on this 
renowned golfing community. It is bright and spacious and has luxury 
furnishings throughout and has a real homely feeling. We hope that a 
stay in our home will make your vacation a truly memorable one.

Pearl Villa is set amongst Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one 
of the top golf courses in Florida. A location ideal for those 
looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends 
looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando's numerous theme 
parks and attractions. Southern Dunes is located on US HWY 27, 
approx. 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, and near to 
attractions such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy 
of Flight. It is a well established gated community with all villas 
surrounding the golf course. It has 24hr security at the gatehouse 
making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.


Pool: 
The sunny aspect pool is South West facing and has a large 
sundeck with 6 padded sunbeds for relaxing. The covered porch 
with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool 
drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole 
length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be 
removed at the discretion of our guests. For nightime swims the pool 
has under water lighting. We have free Solar heating but additional 
electric heating for the winter months is available upon request. 

Games room: 
For your entertainment we have a 7ft pool table and a full size air 
hockey table.

Family Room: 
A lovely relaxing room with 3 large comfy sofas to curl up in and 
watch our cable TV with over 100 channels or a DVD or the kids can 
play a game on the Play Station 2. We also have a small library of 
books and Family board games. Tables and lamps add to the homely 
atmosphere.

Lounge 
Our 2nd lounge area away from the family room has a 3 seater sofa 
and CD player. I call this our chill out room. 

Dining room
This room is our formal dining area for all the family to sit around 
and chat about your day and plan for the next.
 
Breakfast room
For a quick breakfast or snack before you head off for a day at the 
parks this is the ideal place, next to the kitchen and overlooking 
the pool area. 

Kitchen 
Our kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic top stove, oven, 
built in microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and fresh filtered 
water, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and 
plenty of glasses, crockery and oven ware.

Bedrooms: 
Master King suite with ceiling fan. 
Queen double.
2x2 Twin bedded. 
All rooms are a good size and have cable TV and DVD players, 
wardrobe closets, dressers /chest of drawers, bedside tables with 
lamps and clock radios. The 2 main rooms have a comfy chair if you 
want to curl up and watch TV.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms in the house:
The Master bathroom has a large garden tub bath, walk in shower, 
vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet, hairdryer and a 
separate room with shelves and hangers for all your clothes, large 
enough to store your suitcases until your return home.

The Family bathroom upstairs has a full bath with overhead shower, 
vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet and hair dryer.

Downstairs is a Shower room with a vanity sink and overhead lighting.

Laundry room: 
This room is fully equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing 
board. No need to take your dirty clothes home, wash and go.

Southern Dunes is a safe and gated community on the US27, 20 minutes 
from the main attractions of Disney.

Southern Dunes is a public golf course with a clubhouse bar and 
restaurant which is open to guests staying at the villa.
The resort has 3 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, children’s 
play area and a fishing lake.

Within a stroll from the villa just outside the community gates is a 
24hr Super Wal-Mart, gas station, bank and small outlet stores.

Across the street there are fast food outlets, varied restaurants 
and a small plaza with Blockbuster video, Dairy Queen and more.

Activities and Attractions

As well as Disney main gate Universal Studios is a 30 minute drive 
away. 45 minutes will take you to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space 
Centre

Orlando Airport is 40 minutes and Sandford Airport is a 1 hour 
drive.

The above rates are for the villa and not per person and are 
inclusive of tax, solar pool heat, utilities and end of stay clean 
fee.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

A $90/£55 cleaning fee will be added for stays of 7 nights or less.

A booking deposit of $270/£150 per week booked will secure your 
requested dates.
