Beautifully re-modeled Alberta Arts bungalow boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a professional 6-burner stove and hood has french doors that open to a back-yard oasis. The kitchen also has an island that seats four as well as a large play area for visiting children. In the back yard you will find fruit trees and a vegetable garden, a flagstone patio with outdoor seating for six. Upstairs you will find a brand new master suite with a King-sized bed and european bath, a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an office and den with a sleeping couch. Downstairs is a living room with brick fireplace, a dining room with seating for four, a bedroom with double-bed and a room with a single bed, as well as a fully tiled bath. A beautiful front porch has a swing and glider seating for enjoying those sunny Portland summer days.

The house is located in the heart of the vibrant Alberta Arts district, so leave your car behind. Fabulous restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance of the house. Walk to the corner to enjoy a fresh cup of Stumptown coffee and some of the best pie in town. Stroll to the King Farmers market on a Sunday morning for some of Portland's best fresh farm produce. In the summer you will likely catch a fun street festival right around the corner. Within minutes you can stroll along the gorgeous Alameda Ridge. You are also within 15 minutes of downtown, and the Mississippi Corridor neighborhood. The houes is located on one of Portland's bicycle highways. Bicycles will be available to you so that you can explore all that the surrounding areas have to offer.

50% down reserves the reservation

Cancelation Policy:  If you need to cancel up to one month you get the full payment back.  Between a month and 2 weeks you get half the payment.  Two weeks up to reservation there is no refund.
