Drive, is situated under towering oaks on over one acre of prime  
waterfront property overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at St Joseph  
Sound.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen has all new GE appliances gas range dishwasher side by  
side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, hardwood  
cabinets and ceramic tile floor. Completely furnished with cookware,  
dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. There is a park style  
charcoal grill for your use as well. The living room is furnished  
with TV DVD Player and stereo.Bedroom has queen bed and dresser  
furnished with all bedding and towels. 
The entire condo is ceramic tile . There is also a  
stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom.Victoria Drive, is situated  
under towering oaks on over one acre of prime waterfront property  
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at St Joseph Sound.

Activities and Attractions

Step out of the courtyard for a short stroll to fine restaurants,  
eclectic shops, galleries, Dunedin Marina, fishing, parks and a  
lively night life. Absorb the ambience of Dunedin's historic charm.  
Return home to the tranquil open water vista and cool coastal  
breezes and watch the sunset silently into the Gulf at days end. 
 
Located on historic Victoria Drive fronting on the St. Joseph Sound  
the entire building has undergone a complete refurbishing with all  
finishes and appliances. 
 
This is a very quiet secluded pedestrian friendly street, with  
almost no vehicular traffic. There are units directly on the water  
w/three walls in the living room kitchen area open to breath-taking  
panoramic views of the water.There is also an interior courtyard  
unit 20% less the waterfront units. The complex also features a  
fitness center and unheated pool. 
 
Located three blocks from the charming downtown area, the City  
Marina and numerous fine restaurants. One block away is the Pinellas  
trail. A 34 mile long recreational trail for bike riding,  
rollerblading or walking. Bring your bicycle or bicycle rentals are  
available. The beach is a ten minute ride away. There are also bars  
and restaurants along the trail for your watering breaks.
