Our newly purchased villa is professionally decorated and has been fully upgraded. One master suite is downstairs and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen features granite counter tops, under mounted sink,  black appliances and beautiful tile floors. The family room has a large sectional sofa, reading corner with leather lounge chair and a 42" flat panel wide screen television, DVD player and stereo. All bedrooms provide upgraded furnishings. There is a game room in garage with pool table & dart board, and TV's everywhere!

The Dream Villa is located on the exclusive luxurious Emerald Island Resort, which is only 3 miles to Disney, minutes away from many golf courses and near all the Orlando area major attractions. A short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your stay in the Sunshine State. Just two minutes drive from the villa is Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank and ATM machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or take-away food. We are also very close to the other resorts and activities that draw millions of tourists to Orlando year after year, including Sea World and Universal Studios.
