Two level Penthouse Loft on the 22nd floor in a secured building on Eisenhower Street in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila.  Penthouse comfortably sleeps 6-8 in 2 levels, approximately 1,000 Square Feet plus parking space in the basement garage.

Our condo is comfortably furnished, including a fully equipped, all electric kitchen, with dinner service for 8 and 3 small terraces (2 off of the main floor bedrooms and the 3rd off of the living room). The unit sleeps 8 comfortably. The unit also comes with one parking space in the garage under the building, directly across from the elevator [Slot B-110].

The building has 24 hour security guards at the entrance of the building as well as security cameras in the elevators and in other parts of the building. The building conveniently has laundry service for a small fee [Dial 2125 from the condo phone for pickup: 7am to 6pm]. Our condo is NON-SMOKING. If you need to smoke, you can go up to the rooftop garden or use one of the 3 terraces in the unit.

You have easy access, one flight up, to the roof top garden, which also has an exercise room [key available from one of the Security Guards], function room, restrooms and outdoor swimming pool. The roof top has incredible views of Metro Manila and it is availble for rent for special occasions.

We encourage our guests to have a friend or relative in Metro Manila view our condo in Greenhills prior to you making your reservation. This way you can be sure that our condo will meet your vacation needs. Ask us for our Caretaker's cell phone number in Manila to make arrangements for viewing.

Maid Service every 3rd day; unlimited Broadband Wireless [accessed throughout the condo; ask John for the password]; SkyCable TV; utilities [5 air conditioners]; fresh sheets [changed once a week]; towels [changed every 3rd day]; welcome bottled water in the refrigerator and fresh local fruit; welcome toiletries in all the bathrooms; and the parking space on the B1 level in the garage [conveniently located across from the elevator].  Please note that WE pay the utilities [unlike MOST of the other condos for rent in the area], so we ask our guests to conserve electricity by turning off the air conditioners and lights whenever you leave the unit. 

Greenhills-Virra Mall

Virra Mall was completely renovated in early 2005 and reopened as V-Mall in December 2005.  What used to be one of the parking lots has been built up with 2 levels of stores and is now called Greenhills Promenade [across the street from Music Museum].  Greenhills Promenade is lined with restaurants, a movie theater and a small mall with parking levels above and behind.  One noticeable difference is that the stalls and vendors selling pirated DVDs and CDs are no longer inside the Mall.  You can still purchase them, you just can't purchase them inside the mall anymore.  There's also a chapel inside the courtyard for Sunday mass.  As of April 2011, they are now expanding the Promenade with new construction.  Greenhills is open 10am to 8pm Sundays thru Thursdays and from 10am to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
