vacation rental description
This is a wonderful condo with beachfront views from the master bedroom and living room along with window views in the kitchen and dining room. Everyone gets their own bathroom with this 3 br, 3 BA arrangement. The 7th floor view is perfect, high enough to get away from the ground noise but still close enough to get perfect views of the beach activity. Sunrises and sunsets are prime from this location at the corner of the building.
This condo has it all. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi tubs and the exercise room. A very nice walking trail passes right through the Majestic Sun property so you can enjoy some outdoor walking or running when you get tired of the treadmill.
There is a king size bed in the first master bedroom which opens to the balcony, another king size bed in the second master bedroom facing the lake and golf course. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
Activities in the area are plentiful including Golf, Tennis, SCUBA diving and fishing. Destin has some of the best saltwater fishing in the country and a large charter fishing fleet.
