Pine Lake - Sycamore Point - Sandy Beach in Plainwell

The cottage is located on Pine Lake, Plainwell, Michigan which is
located 1/2 way between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. Pine Lake,
which
consists of 4 lakes connected by channels covering 660 acres. It has
100 feet of sandy swimming area. It is a great fishing and boating lake.
Dock
space is provided as well as a paddle boat and firepit.
The house is furnished with two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed
and the other with one twin and a set of bunk beds. The LR has a
couch and the porch has a loveseat pull out couch for additional
sleeping.

It includes a full kitchen, microwave, and cooking utensils. A TV,
DVD player, gas grill and a washer and dryer. The cottage is
located on a large lot with plenty of parking. This is a smoke free
cottage. Grocery stores, pizza, dvd rentals are only minutes away.
Antique shops and specialy shops are located in Plainwell only 10
minutes away.

Golf courses, water activities, restaurants, cinema are all within
minutes.

May - Sept.16...$1100/week (Sat-Sat) 11 a.m. check-out, 3 p.m. check-
in.
Sept. 16 - April 31 - $800/week
Holidays - $1300/week (4th of July)
50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due two weeks prior
to arrival.
$100 refundable cleaning and damage deposit
High School and College studens must be accompanied by adults
