Located on the prestigious west end of Panama City Bach, this Beachfront 6th floor, well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo features upscale furnishings with all the comforts of home, including FREE wi-fi service.

The kitchen features granite counter tops and everything you'll need for your vacation menus. We have also included a crock pot and electric kettle for your use.

Although you'll find ample seating for your family in the dining room, don't forget the balcony. It's the best seating in the house (and better than most restaurants)!  The balcony has 280 sq feet of living area with views that reach the horizon.

When your ready to come in and relax for the evening, you will enjoy our 55 inch HDTV flat screen TV and Blu Ray DVD player.  We also have 32 inch HDTV flat screens in all the bedrooms.

We have 2 king beds - 2 twin beds -- a sofa bed and a porta crib for your little ones.

We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience a free beach service... two chairs and an umbrella that are set up for you each morning on the beach. All you have to do is show up! We have extra Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and Beach Toys in the condo for your use.

Tropic Winds is the newest development on the prestigious west end of Panama City Beach, where the beaches are less crowded and one's experience is so much more relaxing. Our complex also offers many great amenities. We have a lovely Heated Indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, an exercise room facing the Gulf, 2 Charcoal Grills , 3 Gas Grills with Picnic tables and a beach side outdoor hot tub. For your convenience you have an assigned parking place right in the building's garage. No searching for a place to park across the street when you return; your spot will always be there!

When you're ready to get out there and join the excitement, you are minutes away from any place you would want to go. Just down the road is Pier Park, a new open air complex right on Front Beach Road with extensive shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The largest retail center in Northwest Florida, it is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. With its beautifully landscaped walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, a park for summer concerts and festivals - like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival, and The Southern Theater’s Grand Theater which offers 16 movie theaters, there is something for everyone.

Just down the road is the Frank Brown Park, a recreational facility with baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center. It too is host to many sporting events, and annual special events like the Seafood Festival and Thunder Beach.

For a change, check out Shell Island, a natural, undeveloped island which lies between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. It is home to one of the world's highest concentrations of bottle-nosed dolphins, and the island's pristine beauty and abundant wildlife make it an enjoyable and exciting way to spend the day.
