vacation rental description
The cottage is located at 6 Uncle Rolf Road in Dennisport, MA, only a 1/3 mile walk to both a private and public beach on the warm south shore of the Cape. It is a great location, with several restaurants, ice cream, and a general store all within easy walking distance.
We have created some great summer memories at this cottage and hope you might do the same with your family.

The cottage is nicely decorated and comfortable with an eat-in-kitchen and screened in sun room. The home offers cable TV, DVD, stereo, microwave and both an indoor and outdoor enclosed shower.
We have a large private backyard with an 18 x 24 patio with lawn and beach chairs, a hammock and a charcoal grill. Three bedrooms (queen, 2 twins, and a comfortable double futon) - 6 person occupancy and room for 4 cars.
Please bring sheets and towels. No pets and no smoking.

Easy walk to general store, several restaurants, and great ice cream shop.
vacation rental rates
The rate is now $1100 for the week with $550 due at time of booking and $550 due the week before you arrive. A $200 cleaning/damage deposit is also required at booking but will be returned after your stay.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check out at 10am. Check in at 2pm.
