Melva's Cozy Waterfront Home in Lake Livingston

  Cozy and spacious lake house on beautiful Lake Livingston.  This 4-bedroom home is a waterfront property with a private dock and boat slip.  The house is 2300 square feet, and has a large 10 by 30 foot deck off the family room.   The house will sleep 8 adults comfortably and also comes with a pull out sofa if needed.  The bedrooms are large and the master comes with a 'california' king size bed.  A queen bed is in the second bedroom, a full size bed in the third, and two twin beds in the fourth.  The rooms are all spacious, come with quality linens, and beautiful antique furniture. The house was recently updated to include all new hardwood floors, new carpet in all the bedrooms, and fresh paint in all the rooms.  The house has 2 full baths that come with plenty of towels, wash cloths, and soap.  The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, silverware, plenty of cookware, and all major appliances.  Cable TV and WiFi are also included with the house, along with a gas grill for BBQ, or a charcoal grill and large smoker if you want to slow cook something.

  Your private dock is great for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing and watching the sunset.  The boat slip will accomodate a boat up to 25 ft.

  We are located in the 'Crescent Shores Community' off of FM 3277.  There is a private 'community only' boat launch and park next to the house for boats and jet skiis.

check in is between 11 and 4 pm..... check out is between 2 and 4 pm.

Please check the calendar for available dates, and let me know by phone or email which dates you would like to reserve the property.  $75 IS NEEDED TO HOLD A RESERVATION and this money can be put towards your total bill.  *A ten day notice of cancellation must be given to get money back.* 

This house is a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed.

We do NOT accept credit cards.  Cash or check only.

There is NO washer/dryer available. (unless you stay five nights or longer)

Crescent Shores is a family friendly community of people on beautiful Lake Livingston.   Our neighbors are courtieous, caring, and respectful of each other.  If you are looking for safe family fun, or a romantic quiet getaway, then this house is the perfect place to rent.  If you are hoping to get 'rowdy' and 'party all night' at this house... you might want to consider a different location.

If you are looking for 'five star' accomodations, new fixtures in all the bathrooms, and egyptian cotton sheets.... please go to the HILTON.  This house is not 'brand new' and has been lived in.  This house is professionally cleaned, and offers visitors a relaxing place to enjoy the lake.   We expect our guest to understand this, and respect the fact that this is someones home.... and not a hotel.  Please feel free to bring your own sheets and towels if you do not feel comfortable using the ones we supply.
