2BR 2BA Condo on Second row in Carolina Beach. It is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the condo unit or on the decks . If smoke odor is detected inside the unit, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed.
