This charming 3 bedroom lake side cottage is situated on a quiet Cul-de-sac and features all new travertine floors, carpet, tile and paint. There are ceiling fans in every room and central air conditioning. Cable TV throughout with DVD players. A large screened-in porch with swing, rockers, and Ping-Pong will give hours of relaxation and fun. The large Patio has picnic tables with BBQ grill and a firepit surronded by chairs to wind down after a long day of fishing, swimming, boating and just about any other activities on the water. From there, it's a short, gentle walk to the single slip boat dock with deep water always. Boat launch and rentals are just 2-3 miles away at Vann's Tavern and Port Royale.
This rental has a 6 person limit and a 3 night minimum.

This rental has a 6 person limit and effective 16 March 2013 there is a 3 night minimum.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and a copy of your Photo ID is required at time of payment.
Holiday weekends-$200/night; 3 night minimum
$950.00 - $1400.00/week
$2000.00- $4000.00/month
Fifty percent of rental rate is due at time of the booking. Balance of total amount is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of $250.00 is required (which is mailed to you after checkout) or a $59.00 non-refundable security/damage deposit. Cleaning fee $150.00 per stay. Payment by credit card will incur a 3% service charge in addition to the rate quoted.
Friendly pets are welcome with a $50.00 total per pet per stay non-refundable deposit. Pet friendly is for housebroken, friendly, well-behaved dogs, under voice command or leashed only. MUST BE ON FLEA/TICK PREVENTIVE. Pet fee is for one dog (additional fees for more than one). Please no pets on furniture and use of common sense so we can keep our beautiful cottage clean for future vacationers and for when you return!
