minutes from Downtown. 
Enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere and the quiet tropical setting of

Located only a few from the charming downtown area, the City Marina  
and numerous fine restaurants. One block away is the Pinellas trail.  
A 34 mile long recreational trail for bike riding, rollerblading or  
walking. Bring your bicycle or bicycle rentals are available. The  
beach is a ten minute ride away. There are also bars and restaurants  
along the trail for your watering breaks.
