The Victoria Palms development is located in Dunedin, Florida just
minutes from Downtown.
The Victoria sits on the edge of St. Josephs
Sound offering nightly views of magnificent sunsets.
Enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere and the quiet tropical setting of
the Victoria Palms and The Victoria.
At both properties you will discover many quality
features normally reserved for custom-built homes. Extreme care has
been taken in every detail for each condominium home.

The kitchen has all new GE appliances gas range dishwasher side by
side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, hardwood
cabinets and ceramic tile floor. Completely furnished with cookware,
dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils. The living room is
furnished with TV -DVD Player .The entire condo is ceramic
tile and carpet(some have hard wood floors).
There is also a full sized stacked
washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The bedrooms are complete with
queen beds and all bedding as well as towels.

Located only a few blocks from the charming downtown area, the City
Marina
and numerous fine restaurants. Blocks away is the Pinellas trail.
A 59 mile long recreational trail for bike riding, rollerblading or
walking. Bring your bicycle or bicycle rentals are available. The
beach is a ten minute ride away. There are also bars and restaurants
along the trail for your watering breaks.

High Season-January Through March-We rent for 3mo.minimum from the 1st of the month to the end of the month.

AS OF OCTOBER 10 we have one 2B/2B available Jan -March                   and one 1B/1B available for January.

Please only inquire about the 2B/2B if you want to rent for all 3 mos.

All other months 1 month minimum from the 1st to the last day of the month.
