Our beautiful, Non-Smoking Villa is located on the exclusive luxurious resort of Emerald Island – a brand new tropical oasis with every onsite facility you could possibly imagine, exclusively reserved for our residents. 

The winding, palm-lined road leads you to the community’s grandeur. Conveniently, our house is situated a walking distance away from the community club house. With seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, which include three master suites, this villa will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group of up to sixteen guests. 

The house has recently been refurnished, with new carpets, new appliances, brand new furniture, and a fresh new coat of paint around the house. With a total of 10 large flat TVs, one in every bedroom, in the family room, living room and game room, every guest has the comfort of watching what they prefer. It also includes a fully screened custom built heated pool with raised spa/Jacuzzi, under water lighting and separate heating controls. Located on the patio, are brand new patio sets and barbeque grill, a great way to enjoy the private outside. 

Just under 3 miles to Walt Disney World (and just one square mile to Disney World property) and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your stay in the Sunshine State. Just two minutes drive from the villa is Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank and ATM machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or take-away food. We are also very close to the other resorts and activities that draw millions of tourists to Orlando year after year, including Sea World and Universal Studios.
