park and having no adjoining walls between apartments you will enjoy

friends or business associates. We are confident that every member of

The apartment is a generous 1535sq ft or 145 sq mtr with 3 bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms and has been set up to sleep up to 8 guests. The a
queen bed and the 3rd bedroom having two sets of double bunks thus
allowing us to sleep up to 8 in comfort. There are built in wardrobes
in all the rooms and air-con throughout the apartment.

The living / dining area has comfortable leather lounge suites + a
large 8 seater dining table.
For your security and peace of mind there are panic buttons in the
master bedroom and the living room + a direct line to security. The
other two bathrooms have showers.

With floor to ceiling windows all around allowing in an abundance of
natural light and extra large balconies off the master bedroom & the
living area you can enjoy the spectacular views no matter where you
are in the apartment.

We have tried to make the apartment as well equipped and comfortable
as your own home would be.
There are four aircon units + ceiling fans to keep you nice and cool.
A 29" flat screen TV with home theatre system, cable TV,DVD & CD
player + radio. A selection of dvd movies for you to choose from
as well as the availability of a kids toy box (Upon request)a fully
equipped Kitchen with electric oven, gas hobs and a hood, microwave
oven, 4 slice toaster and other mod cons. The laundry has a new
washing washing machine & clothes hanger.
The surrounding area is a well developed residential enclave, there
are shops, banks restaurants, food stalls etc as well as a shopping
centre and markets selling fresh fruits etc. We are also handy to the
Kuala Lumpur city centre, The twin towers, china town, central market
and the P.W.T.C (Putra World Trade Centre). From our location you can
easily get in, about and around K.L by either
public transport or your own vehicle. The train can even take you
directly to one of the countries largest shopping centres (Mid Vally
Mega Mall.)

Located on-site we have 3 swimming pools, (family, lap & kids), a lie
down jacuzzi, squash, tennis & basketball courts, a gymnasium and a
maze garden(great fun for the kids). There is also the 35 acre
park to explore with its own attractions such as bird island, the
forest walk and a camping ground, not to forget the wide open fields
where the kids can run wild, fly a kite etc. The Kuala Lumpur
Performing Arts Centre, The Sentul Koi Centre & Yu Ri Tei (a Japanese
Tea House) are also located on-site and only a short walk away from
the apartment.

Rates are provided on a sliding scale giving you discounts based on
your length of stay. ie 1-2 nights RM 470.00 per night, 3-5 nights RM
450.00 per night, 5-14 RM 425.00 and 15-29 nights Rm 405.00 per night.
Over 29 nights RM 385.00 per night
This gives the range of 114 - 139 USD per night which is far better
value than a room in a quality hotel in the city. For stays of 1 month
or more we can do better rate.
