This one-bedroom, second floor beachfront condo has spectacular views from inside the unit and out on the wide balcony. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with dishware and cookware.  There is a king-size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunkbeds for two in the hallway, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.  The condo can accommodate up to six guests.  A stacked washer and dryer are also in the unit.  In addition, the building has an open wifi connection designated for use by any guest staying at Seamist condos.   

Seamist is ideally located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful throughout several beach towns along Scenic 30-A. Activities also abound. Take a guided tour on one of the areas rare coastal dune lakes, or venture out on your own. Bike on trails through quiet pine forests or on the paved bike path that parallels the beach. The possibilities are endless. Seamist Unit #7 is the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation.

If wanting to stay only 3 nights, an arrival day other than Friday is preferred in most seasons, but please ask. 

Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date if the property has not booked.

We accept MasterCard or Visa.  Otherwise, U.S. checks will be accepted if received within 7 days from the time you make the reservation.  However, personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of an arrival.
