Nice spacious vacation home equally suitable for two families or a couple. The pool area is south facing overlooking extended property containing over 20 palm trees. There is a nature walk within 5 minutes and beaches are only 20-30 minutes away.
A shopping mall and major stores are only a few minutes away. Golfing and water sport activities abound in the area.

POOL
The screened in pool is south facing and is exposed to the Florida sunshine all day long. The extended pool boasts Roman steps allowing easy access into the solar heated water.
MAIN LIVING AREA
The Main Living area is open plan with sliding doors opening out onto the pool deck. The tiled floor and high ceilings provides a bright setting. The kitchen and breakfast nook is to one side and the family area to the other with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, cable internet access and free North America calling.
KITCHEN
Plenty of utensils and appliances to make those holiday meals and cocktails.
MASTER BEDROOM
A king sized bed dominates the bedroom with nightstands on either side of the bed. A chest of drawers opposite the bed holds a TV with cable. An en suite bathroom contains a counter space with a sink, walk in shower and access to the pool area. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of space for hanging clothes and storing suitcases.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with nightstands on either side of the bed. A chest of drawers and a closet provides ample space for clothes. The sliding doors provides access to the pool area.
BEDROOM 3 (the shell room)
Twin beds with nightstands, a chest of drawers and a closet.
Bathroom
This bathroom is conveniently placed between bedrooms 2 and 3. It contains a bathtub with shower and a sink.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is situated between the kitchen and the garage and contains a cleaning sink, washing machine, dryer and a double cabinet for storing cleaning materials.
