Full size lanudry room, family room, and kitchen upstairs. The house is on a point lot on the ocean with spectacular views. Boat space available. The bottom floor has a family room with a kitchen, full bath, and play area. The pool is heated. Fully air conditioned both upstairs and downstairs. Sleeps up to 10 people.

Full kitchen upstairs with pots, pans, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee pot and all the utensils and necessities. Washer/dryer upstairs. Pool and bath towels provided. 50" tv upstairs and tvs in the master and guest bedrooms. Cable service also available. Wi-Fi. The downstairs has a 50" tv and ping pong table. BBQ available outside. Shower outside. 

NO PETS PERMITTED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 PERMITTED TO RENT WITHOUT AN ADULT.
