This house is very spacious with three bedrooms, two baths, over 2,500 square feet, and it is in absolutely pristine condition. Included are all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, private bathroom and cable TV. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 is equipped with two twin size beds. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is on a very wide canal, with southern exposure that provides for beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the dock. There is also great fishing right from the back yard.

Centrally located on Marco Island, this property is just minutes to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all Marco has to offer. Additionally, you are a short walk to Mackle Park where there is a walking trail around a lake, basketball pavilion, awesome jungle

The Marco Island/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and
challenging golf courses to both backwater and Gulf fishing, Boating
jet skiing, snorkeling and parasailing are all available nearby.
