Check-in by 4pm, check-out 10am, strictly enforced.

Our stay was for a week and I was there with my 2 teenage daughters. We found the experience to be very nice. The resort is well maintained and has lots to do for everyone. It's location is great as well. Our ocean front condo was on the 3rd floor and the view was lovely and the sound of the ocean terrific. It is very friendly for travelers who fly in as all sheets, towels (including pool towels), etc are provided. You can even exchange your towels on a daily basis for clean ones and if you stay a week you get fresh sheets midweek. Chairs for the beach can easily be rented. All very well organized. Next trip to Cococa Beach we will stay here.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Owners response: I'm glad you appreciated all the resort offers. They are constantly upgrading the units and keep it well maintained and running smoothly. it is also one of the newer bldgs directly on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The amenities are outstanding and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The beach is very accessible and wasn't crowded at all. We had a ocean front room and the views are incredible. The condo has all the comforts of home and having a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer was so convenient. The movie theater, pool, tennis and basketball courts made on site activities for the kids more enjoyable. There are daily activities which differ each day of the week and the movies are all recently released DVDs. The location is great and it allowed us to take day trips to local attractions, enjoy fishing & it is nearby grocery stores and local shopping.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Owners response: Glad you liked the resort. To maintain our gold crown status we need to keep the place current with draperies, fresh mattresses, flat screen tvs. The staff is the best as you found out, low turnover and very friendly.
