Entry Level

Features newly renovated kitchen and great room (with entertainment center) both with great views of the lake and dock.  Large doors lead out onto full-length deck with grill and plenty of seating area.  Also on this level are full bath and queen bedroom.

Porch Level

Features Master Bedroom and Bath, with large doors leading onto full-length screened porch with beautiful views of lake and dock. A pair of rockers, table and chairs, and a hammock are provided for your enjoyment.  Also on this level are the laundry room and a “bonus room” with trundle beds.  The hot tub on the porch level deck overlooking the lake is one of our favorite amenities.

Upstairs

A smaller bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds is perfect for the kids.  Sliding glass doors lead out onto the porch overlooking the garden on the driveway side of the house.

Dock

A 24’x24’ single slip dock is a short and easy walk from the house and has mooring available for your boat or pwc.  It is conveniently located to boat ramps and easy to find from the lake.  There are plenty of lounge and folding chairs and table, swing and swim ladder, fishing poles and life jackets, etc.  As always, our canoes, paddle boat and john boat are included in the rental.  Motorized boats may be available by separate agreement.  Dock and pathway are lighted for after dark activities.

Summer/Peak Season:  (April 1 – September 30)
$185 per night (3 night minimum)

$150 per night  (2 night minimum)  ($125 for each additional night after 2 nights)

Reservations:
Deposit: 50% of rental amount is required at time of booking the reservation. Balance of rent: Must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival date or per other agreement.

Fees:
Cleaning fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 due at time of deposit.
Security deposit: A deposit of $150 is due prior to arrival date - it will be fully refunded as long as there are no damages to the property.

Policies:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A copy of your driver's license is required upon booking. No smoking.  Any renters not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund. A contract will follow booking of reservation.
