Less then a mile to Montecito's Coast Village Rd. and Biltmore. Less then 1.5 miles to Montecito's beach.nice walk will take you 20 minutes. 3 minutes drive to State street and down town. Perfect For Our Needs!

This home was perfect for my son and I for our visit to Santa Barbara due to my son's surgery and recovery time. The location was wonderful for easy access to the 101 highway, with close access and short distances to the local beaches and downtown Santa Barbara. The property was very clean and well-maintained and the owner was very attentive to the beautiful landscaping and fish pond even during our visit. The beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the back patio area and the hot tub! The bathroom and shower area is small (no bathtub) but definitely functional. The owner went above and beyond as she was able to locate a recliner for us which was necessary for my son's post-surgical sleeping needs and essential to his recovery. This extra effort was greatly appreciated and impressive! The listing description and photos are very accurate - this house is very charming! We spent a lot of time watching TV and it was large & high quality. The Direct TV and wi-fi were also appreciated. I would definitely recomend this property to others!

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Getaway with unique artsy decor

Thank you so much for providing & creating such a wonderful place to stay. We were very pleased with how comfortable Park Place Paradise is because of all that is provided. We also loved the peace and tranquility that the location offers--the hotub, the patio, and the short walk to the beach and parks. The unit is very spacious and child friendly. Thanks again!

Charming house/wonderful owners

Two wonderful patios, one with a grill and a water feature made us feel like we were in Tuscany. Fatima was a wonderful owner/hostess who has decorated the home and grounds to be very charming. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed down to wine openers and placemats. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This would be cramped for more than 4 people unless everyone is either young or related, as one queen bed and the sofa sleeper were in the living/dining room and the bathroom/shower area is fairly small. This was a perfect location for visiting U.C. Santa Barbara and the nearby towns and beaches. It was nice having a garage where we could park our car. Even while we were there, Fatima was making improvements to make everything more charming and more comfortable. A high stucco wall separated the property from the freeway, but some traffic noises could be heard especially outside. I would recommend this home to my friends.
