Vacation Rental Description

     A King and a Queen with a Great View & a Beach Umbrella Too

You can lie in bed, sit in the living room or relax on the balcony 
and see and hear the ocean in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 
ocean-view condo on the south side of the 8th floor of the 
Renaissance Tower an ocean front high rise. We offer unique sleeping 
accommodations for up to four adults and two children.

The living room/dining area has light hardwood flooring and sliding 
doors to the 6-foot by 22-foot balcony. The living room/dining area 
is equipped with a nautical print queen sleeper sofa, reclining 
chair, white wicker coffee and end tables, new 24” TV, DVD & VCR.  
The dining room is mirrored and includes a white wicker dining set 
with a glass top table and six chairs. 

The décor in the master bedroom is white wicker furniture, a king 
size bed, TV, VCR, laptop computer desk, ceiling fan and a private 
bath with ceramic tile floor.  The glass sliding doors take you to a 
balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean and looks down on 
one of 6 pools.  

Our second bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, and 
a large window with a view of the ocean. The second full bathroom 
with ceramic tile floor is adjoining.

The remodeled kitchen includes new countertops with a 
breakfast bar and stools. All new appliances including dishwasher, a  
full-size range/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, and 
disposal.The kitchen is well equipped with dinnerware for eight, 
cookware, coffee-maker, blender, mixer, toaster, iron and ironing 
board – makes it just like home.
 
Don’t feel like cooking? Visit the deli on the first floor for 
breakfast,lunch or dinner. Just outside is the beach bar with live 
music in season. 
  
Of course, you have complete access to all Myrtle Beach Resort 
amenities.

We extend our invitation to come and experience this great condo.  We 
feel it has all the amenities and more for a memorable vacation with 
the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at your door. We can’t promise seven 
days of sunshine but we do promise your stay in our condo will be 
very comfortable.
   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Myrtle Beach Resort is one of the most popular full amenity ocean 
front destinations on the Grand Strand. Our resort is located on 33 
acres.  For your use a Beach umbrella and chairs are set up daily 
from 9am to 4pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
 Available for your use are 6 swimming pools. One of the outdoor 
pools is the largest on the Grand Strand, Two of the pools are 
indoors. Also available are four whirlpools, 3 saunas, exercise 
rooms, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis courts and a playground 
conveniently located for children.  
Our latest amenity is a 400 foot lazy river, the second largest in 
Myrtle Beach, with kids pool, wet deck with bucket dump and mushroom 
shower. In season scheduled childrens activities are available. Free 
high speed wireless internet is available in our condo.             
On the first floor of the Tower will you will find a deli and 
convenience store along with a laundry room with washers and dryers. 
Chilren as well as adults will enjoy the game room.
Additionally, there is a ocean front cabana bar with live music in 
season.
 

Activities and Attractions

Our new Costal Grand shopping mall, Broadway at the Beach and airport 
are less than 5 miles from the Myrtle Beach Resort.Hundreds of 
restaurants offering something for everybody especially seafood 
lovers. Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, 
Bicycling. Seasonal childrens activities. Live Theatre Presentations. 
Your choice of over 100 Golf Courses in the Golf Capitol of the World.
Amusement parks, fishing piers,flea markets and State Parks are 
nearby.

Our rates include linens/towels, departure cleaning,and  
one parking pass.
Beach umbrella and chairs set up daily from 9am-4pm for you from 
Memorial Day thru Labor Day.   
All rates are in US dollars and subject to South Carolina Taxes.

All rentals are subject to all Rules & Regulations of the Myrtle 
Beach Resort.  You must be at least 23 years of age and occupy the
