The house is completely stocked with all the comforts and recreational amentities such as, bicycles, inner tubes, and more. $100 non refundable fee to reserve dates. Payment schedule will be provided by owner. $75 cleaning fee for up to 4 people, $100 5-6 people, $125 for more then 6 people. Pets to be approved by owner at $25/pet.
