Everything is new...Interior, appliances, and furniture have been completely re-done for your comfort and relaxation.  Easy access to both Ocean and Gulf waters. Do as much or as little as you like in a place that has all the comforts and feel of resort living.

Our tropical themed home boasts two large bedrooms and two bathrooms with a very spacious open dining, living and kitchen floor plan. All rooms have been newly furnished and equipped with your daily needs. Kitchen is completely equipped with appliances, dishware, flatware, pots/pans, and utensils. The home is tiled throughout with many windows, ceiling fans in every room and A/C to keep the inside cool.

There is also a large screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors. Take a nap or read a book in the hammock under the coconut palms surrounded by the tropical landscape. Sunbathe or take a swim from the comfort of our large floating dock.

All types of water activities are at your fingertips from our home. Enjoy your own private 60’ boat dock with fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. The 5’ draft canal accommodates most boat types and sizes. A bait and fish freezer is included. There are several reefs a few hundreds yards outside the channel. Sombrero Reef is in view as you exit the canal. There is no better place to fish or dive than from this area.

We also provide a 2 person Ocean Kayak so that you can enjoy exploring the flats right outside the channel. There are great views of the sunset while cruising the flat’s late in the day.

Also provided are 2 Cruising Bikes so you can explore the surroundings. This house is conveniently located to area beaches. Sombrero Beach is less than 5minutes away. We're very near to various attractions, restaurants, transportation and shops. Bahia Honda State Park, which is rated in the top ten beaches in the US is just on the west side of the Seven Mile Bridge.

Key West is less than an hour away. Perfect for a day trip.
