OUR UNIT IS APPRECIATED FOR ITS CLEANLINESS. THERE IS NO DAMP, MOLDY CARPET, THE CONDO IS TILED THROUGHOUT AND EQUIPPED WITH A DEHUMIDIFIER TO LOWER HUMIDITY AND IMPROVE AIR QUALITY. ALL BEDDING INCLUDING COMFORTERS  GET WASHED BEFORE EVERY ARRIVAL. WE CHANGE THE SHOWER CURTAIN LINER REGULARLY. THE UNIT IS NON-SMOKING, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

This 420 sq. feet beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor (via elevators or stairs) in a five-story oceanfront building. The unit is NON-SMOKING (smoking outside is permitted). There is a side VIEW OF THE OCEAN from s private balcony. The building itself is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, so you are only steps to the beach and OCEANFRONT POOLS without crossing any streets.
The complex encompasses two buildings side by side. Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of either bldg. The building this condo is located in has an oceanfront swimming pool & a KIDDY POOL, POOL BAR (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared LAUNDRY ROOM, etc. In the building next door there is a 2nd pool that is set back further from the ocean for additional privacy & an excellent GYM.
This unit  has been completely updated. Solid surface counter tops, 2 burner glass cook-top, crown molding, new ceramic tile floors, lighting, all new bath and kitchen. Under cabinet lighting, new sinks and fixtures. All new furnishings.
There is a coffee maker, small electric oven, a microwave oven and a full size fridge. An iron with an ironing board, a hairdryer, towels and linens are also provided. 24"TV comes with regular cable service (approx. 80 channels).

There is one queen size bed and a full size sleeper sofa.

This is a non-housekeeping unit. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit during their stay. The unit gets profesionally cleaned before every arrival. There is a condo cleaning fee of $50.00. Owner provides furnishing, towels and linens. Electricity, water, TV cable and internet fees are included in the rent. Parking is free.

Departure time is no later than 11:00am and arrival time no earlier than 3:00pm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT- Security deposit is $200. Security deposits are paid in advance to book the unit. The deposit will be returned by mail within 10 days of departure or after inspection to ensure no damage or missing items.

RENTAL PAYMENT- Rental payments + $50 cleaning fee are paid upon arrival.


Payments shall be made by cash, PayPal, certified check or postal money order (US funds). Personal checks will not be accepted.

TO RENT THE UNIT:

1. CONTACT THE OWNER TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND PRICES.

2. PAY $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA PAYPAL, CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER.

3. OWNER WILL CONFIRM RECEIVING OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BY EMAIL.

4. OWNER WILL SEND YOU EMAIL WITH ATTACHED CONTRACT. PRINT OUT A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER, OWNER SHALL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE CONTRACT BY REGULAR MAIL).

5. BRING THE CONTRACT AND PAY THE RENT+CLEANING FEE UPON ARRIVAL.

6. ENJOY YOUR STAY.

7. GET SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK.

Cancellatin policy:

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the first date of your reservation :$50 cancellation fee will be charged. It will be deducted from your Security deposit, the rest of the Security deposit will be returned to you by mail.
If you cancel 30 days or less prior to the first date of your reservation : Security deposit  will be forfeited.
HOWEVER WE WILL REFUND TO THE EXTENT THAT WE ARE ABLE TO RENT THE UNIT FOR YOUR RESERVATION PERIOD, LESS A $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
The option of trading your time in for an earlier or later time may be considered, based on availability. $50 rebooking fee will be charged.
