Need a relaxing getaway in beautifully decorated lake home?  Then this is the home for you!  With a spacious layout and mountainous views, there is nothing left to be desired.   The main level offers cathedral ceilings and an open layout perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.  The finished basement is equipped with a ping pong table and provides even more space for your family. This home is situated on a quiet part of the lake which makes it a great spot for swimming, boating, fishing or just soaking up some sun.  Evening Shade is also only a short drive from a few great restaurants, the Smith Mountain Lake Dam and the State Park which has trails, parks and a beach. Also it is close to a beautiful public course so you can experience all Smith Mountain Lake has to offer!

Summer- $1350/week (Sat - Sat only)

Spring/Fall- $135/night   $945/week

Winter- $115/night   $815/week

+ 10% tax, $125 cleaning fee, $45 damage insurance, $50 reservation fee, $50 per pet fee (if applicable)

1/2 of the total amount is due on a MC or Visa the same day you book.  Remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival date.  If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, the total amount will be due. All fees are non-refundable.
