Enjoy the only new condo complex on Sugar Mountain. Our 1580+
sq. ft. luxury condo offers level entry, top quality furnishings and appliances,
a fabulous view at 5000' elevation, wireless internet access and a
short walk to the intermediate ski slope (Sugar Slalom). Parents can
sleep in, while children ski down the slopes to get their lift
tickets, and return throughout the day for lunch, snacks and naps, while the
car stays in the condo parking area (or at the shopping mall).

Our condo is perfect for two families, as it offers two king bedroom suites, each with attached bath (one with jacuzzi and walk-in shower), and a sleeping loft (up a flight of stairs) with four twin beds and attached bath with shower. Yes-three baths! All of our guests sleep in a bed, not a sofa sleeper or futon.

We have left books for our guests' pleasure; take one and leave
one. You will love reading in my grandmother's rocker, by the fire,
while your children are sledding on the property or skiing on Sugar
Mountain.

Absolutely no smoking. No exceptions. We take great pride in
offering an immaculate condo with top quality furnishings.  Our kitchen is fully equipped to handle a crowd, with two crockpots, and 6 and 8 quart stockpots, as well as the usual kitchen utensils.

Beech Mountain and Hawk's Nest ski slopes are short drives away.
Hiking is excellent on the property, and on the trails of Sugar Mtn.
Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock offer wonderful dining and

Daily ski season (Dec.10, 2011 - Mar.1, 2012) rates*:
$310 per night Friday, Saturday and holidays
$250 per night Sunday thru Thursday
Stay four nights, and get the fifth night free at the weekday rate,
during non-holiday periods.
Spring (March 1-May 31) and Fall (Oct.1-Dec. 10) rates:
$250 per night Friday and Saturday
$200 per night Sunday thru Thursday

President's Day and MLK weekends are holidays with 3 day minimum for $930
$300 refundable security deposit per rental

$100 cleaning and linen fee per rental
6% Sugar Mountain Occupancy Tax
6.75% NC Sales Tax
2 night minimum at all times
Saturday check-in will result in Sunday charge at weekend rate.
