This 3 bedroom ocean view house in Yachats is the perfect place to get away! The house is located on an oversized lush green lot on a dead end street with a small creek running along the side of the house. It is the perfect place for a family retreat as it is a close walk to the beach and there is an abundance of restaurants and sites to see all within a short drive!

You enter the house to a great living space with high ceilings, a wood fireplace and several skylights and floor to ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light. You have ocean views from the living room, kitchen and dining room which all have access to an expansive deck overlooking the water. The dining table seats 6 and the bar stools provide even more seating so it is perfect for a family dinner.

The upper level is home to the master suite, a lovely space with a queen bed, windows overlooking the trees, and an attached bath for a little extra privacy. Also on this level is a bunk bed for the kids. Another bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and full bath. With three full baths, the house is very comfortable to share with up to seven guests. The lower level even includes a smaller living area with a full size futon so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a little alone time if they desire! A washer/dryer make it easy to keep up with the laundry, too.

Yachats is known as the gem of the Oregon Coast as it often has sunny weather when there is rain everywhere else. It also has long sandy beaches that are great for shelling and making sand castles and rock formations that form excellent tide pools with starfish and other sea creatures. There is a wealth of great local restaurants and shops along with several nearby attractions including the Sea Lion Caves and Newport's famed aquarium.
