Beautifully furnished and freshly painted 2 bedroom cottage at Beach Dreams located right next to the pool and bocce court.  This cottage is fully equipped with a queen bed in master, two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, a double size futon in sunroom, washer/dryer, dishwasher, enclosed sunroom, cable tv, stereo, dvd player, ceiling fans, air conditioner and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are two pools, a hot tub, clubhouse with exercise/fitness room and games for kids, tennis court, bocce courts, basketball hoop, kiddie pool.  Beach Dreams has a trolley stop out front on route 1.

- Trolley stop at Beach Dreams entrance.  Trolley goes to Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.
- Close to several great restaurants, outlet shopping, antique shops, golf, mini-golf, Ogunquit Playhouse theatre, York Wild Kingdom Zoo, amusement parks, beaches (Wells, Moody, Footbridge & Ogunquit) and many other attractions.

June 2 - June 23, 2012  $950.00 per week and $66.50 (7% Maine Sales Tax) totals $1,016.50 for week.  Also $300.00 security deposit.  Total = $1,316.50  Cleaning included. (Security deposit returned upon satisfactory inspection and inventory at checkout). 

June 23 - September 1, 2012  $1,250 per week and $87.50 (7% Maine Sales Tax) totals $1,337.50 for week. Also $300.00 security deposit.  Total =  $1,637.50  Cleaning included. (Security deposit returned upon satisfactory inspection and inventory at checkout).

September 1 - September 23, 2012  $826.00 per week and $57.82 7% Maine Sales Tax) totals $883.82 for week.  Also $300.00 security deposit. Total = $1,183.82   Cleaning included. (Security deposit returned upon satisfactory inspection and inventory at checkout).

$500.00 deposit required at time of booking.  Final Payment is due 4 weeks prior to the start of rental period, otherwise renter forfeits rental deposit of the reserved week.

Cancellation Policy:  A fee of $150.00 will charged if cancellation occurs greater that four weeks of the rental date.  If cancellation occurs within four weeks of reserved rental period, a fee of half of the rental rate will be kept as a cancellation fee. The balance of any money will be returned to the renter.
