Gulf front/view condo on Redington Beach, Fl. Gulf and beach view
from the large 30 ft. balcony on the living room and master bedroom
side to enjoy the sunsets. Master bedroom has one king bed. Second
bedroom has two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Views of the
intercoastal waterway from the kitchen and second bedroom windows.
Master bedroom, living room and guest bedroom have new installed 18"
tile. AC and Heat, walk in closet. Each floor has a community washer
and dryer.
Take moonlight walks feeling the surf on your feet. Wake up for a
swim in the ocean front heated pool or jog down the beach.
Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

A large gated area that includes an 86deg. heated pool and a large
poolside patio area overlooking the Gulf. Clubhouse includes a full
gym with weightlifting and cardio equipment, his/hers saunas,
billiard tables, card room, large activity room, big screen TV,
library. Large stone layered grill and cookout area for master
chefs. 24 hour security in a totaly enclosed complex. Personal
underground parking close to the building and visitors parking also
available.
