beachfront condo features a full balcony view of the ocean from the  
Master bedroom as well as the family room.  It is on the third floor  
and is well appointed.  The completely refurnished unit has a  
pastel and tropical look with all the comforts of home.  The  
building and grounds are clean with some covered parking.  Enjoy  
peaceful sunsets or sunny days on our large balcony while watching  
your kids play on the beautiful white beaches of Florida.  
This condominium unit is often available for last-minute rentals.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Bedrooms...1 King and 3 full beds: Sleeps 8 Comfortably. 
Two full baths. 
Full kitchen...cookware, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, microwave,  
toaster, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, linens, towels, air  
conditioning, cable TV (3), VCR, phone/answering machine, balcony,  
BBQ.  Outside shower,heated pool.  
Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Enjoy the beaches, fine restaurants and attractions nearby.  A kids  
park is located right down the street and it is only a 90 minute  
drive to the Disney Gates!

2008 Rates: 
January 4 - February 8    $ 948.00 / Week 
February 9 - March 7      $1215.00 / Week   
March 8 - April 11        $1495.00 / Week 
April 12 - September 5    $1095.00 / Week 
September 6 - December 19 $ 760.00 / Week 
HOLIDAY RATES APPLY TO: Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of  
July and Labor Day        $1,350.00 / Week 
Add $115.00 Departure Cleaning Fee and 12% Florida Tax 
$300.00 Security/key deposit is REFUNDABLE and due at booking on  
major credit card.  Full amount NONREFUNDABLE and due 30 days prior  
to arrival.  MasterCard, Visa, cashier's check, money order  
accepted.  Local calls and a baby crib are available in the unit at  
no extra charge! THIS UNIT IS VERY CLEAN!!!!
