Rates INCLUDE $115 Departure Cleaning Fee and 12% Florida Tax
$300.00 Security/key deposit is REFUNDABLE and due at booking on
major credit card. Full amount NONREFUNDABLE and due 30 days prior
to arrival. MasterCard, Visa, cashier's check, money order
accepted. 3% administrative fee (US) or 5% (Canada) on full payments with credit card - no fee on deposits.  Local calls and a baby crib are available in the unit at
