The 1st floor of this 2-story home features a comfy living room with wood-burning fireplace, spacious dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Also downstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins), and a full bath.  In addition, there is a single pull-out sofa in the living room.  Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms ( 1 queen & 2 twins) and a roomy half bath with lots of storage.

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the large screened porch, or outdoor deck, which both face the lake. There is a private dock for your boat, or for fishing, sunning & swimming! The property features a large yard for outdoor activities and off-street parking for several cars. Niets Crest is a quiet & peaceful area on the lake, yet convenient to shopping, dining & many other activities!

Our cottage is located just a short 7 miles from the historic Chautauqua Institution.  And we are only 4 miles away from the town of Bemus Pt., which boasts fine dining, unique shops, outdoor lakeside concerts, and many, many more activities for the ultimate Chautauqua experience! Other activities and attractions in the area include golf, waterskiing, boat rentals, hiking, antiquing, Midway Amusement Park, hot-air balloon rides, Summerwind cruises, museums, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, just to name a FEW!

Base Rates:     Season:  6/22/2013 - 8/24/2013    $1850.00/week

                     Pre or Post Season: $1340.00/week or $762.00/3 nights

The above base rates include all towels & linens, trash removal & cleaning.  (Cottage will be cleaned & ready with beds made upon arrival, and then cleaned and trash removed after your stay.)  In addition to the above base rate, there is an agent processing fee of $50 and a county bed & sales tax.

Also, you have the option of purchasing "Peace of Mind" insurance for a fee of $35.00, which covers accidental damages up to $3000. If you do not wish to purchase this insurance, you will be required to pay a $450 refundable security deposit.

The cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. & check-out is at 10:00 a.m.  Early check-in or late check-out may be available.

This is a seasonal cottage, therefore we do not rent during the winter months.
